Rosendo Mateu Nº 4 Saffron, Oud, Vanilla

An amber-spicy creation from Rosendo Mateu, Nº 4 opens with calabrian bergamot and orange blossom before settling into a rich, spiced heart of saffron, nutmeg, cinnamon, iris and jasmine. The base unfolds in layers of oud, guaiac wood, labdanum, vetiver, benzoin, vanilla, tonka bean, sandalwood, patchouli and musk — deep, complex and enduring. Composed by Rosendo Mateu, 2017.
